How to help symptoms

I'm 17 years old expecting my very first, how could I get rid of morning sickness/ nausea?

I was 17when I first fell pregnant im 18 now and due in 3wks. I only had nuasea for a month or 2 but ginger. I dnt like ginger but dtink some ginger ale. It will setyle it right down.

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that if I had the answer to that question I would be sitting at my beach house enjoying my retirement instead of answering questions in this forum!!! There ARE some things that you can try though--ginger in different forms--ginger lolly pops works.  Also, you can try a combination of Unisom and Vitamin B6  or just plain Vitamin B6.  We usually also advise frequent small meals rather than large.  IF these suggestions are not working for you, your doctor might be able to prescribe something such as phenergan or compazine for relief.

Ask ur doc to prescribe u Zofran if the morning sickness is bad it helps wit the nausea.... I took it n its like magic... hope this helps.... u can also eat crackers n drink ginger ale
