100% orange juice mixed with whole milk.
Measure out 1 cup of each, mix together, and drink at the same time every night for three nights.

I did this with my first. Second night I had a doc app to check cervix, was only 85% effaced, half cm dilated (was that way for weeks)
That night I drank my second batch, woke up a few hours later, rushed in ambulance to hospital to find out I was at a 4. And soon fully dilated and pushing her out.

This girl I know recently did this because I told her to try it. She wasn't dilated at all and I think only 50% effaced? She went into labor her third night.

I plan on trying it with this pregnancy as well, but I'm already convinced.

I don't know if it did it for me or not.... But...
One day I got up at around 7am did 60 squats and took a walk around the block.. Got home did 20 more squats.
Started cleaning.
Cleaned my room.
Cleaned the bathroom.
Cleaned the living room.
Did 20 more squats.
PLUS I did 15 squats every time I went to the bathroom.
And that evening I did another walk around the block.
This was on a Wednesday. The next day Thursday I was dilated at a 3 1/2 and had contractions.
Saturday at 4am I was in full blown labor and had my babygirl.

I didn't have any progress at my 39 week appointment and my doc told me I would probably have to get induced at 41 weeks. 39w6d and my sister and her 11 month old baby came to visit. He had started crying and not even 5 minutes and my water broke and contractions came on hard! Different things work for different people but maybe look at videos of crying babies or go to a daycare lol

Don't know if it was a coincidence but I bought a birthing ball and 2 days later I went into labour. Would definitely recommend them you can pick them up really cheap and if it helps then great! If not they are still really comfortable to sit on and can be used for exercise once you've had baby.
