Just eat a lot of small portions. I can not eat large meals only small but I always feel hungry. You have less room in your body now so you will not be able to eat like you did before you were pregnant. Just eat multiple small healthy servings.
I snack a lot all the time. My bf says I eat too much and I told him no.. I eat more often. Lol.
I njy snackin too, jus seems so much nicer to hv a wonderful meal, I cooked today, all my favourtes grilled chickn, thai rice, roast potato, sweet pumpkin, an wtchd everyone njy thmslves whle I hd like a lil plate tht I cudnt even finsh lol. As lng as my bby gttn the nourshmnt I gues il accept it an tel the cravings to negotiate wth my stomach, hehhe!
