I feel like im dilated
I feel like my vagina is opening. Its like it keeps tightening and loosing . It might be false contractions it doesnt hurt but looks like my tummy dropped also. Im almost 31 weeks pregnant. Any advice ?
You can't feel yourself dilate...and if you're having Braxton hicks those aren't real contractions and they don't dilate you..only real contractions dilate you
