I got 2 diffeent dates of how far along i am. . . .

I went to the emergencey room on Oct. 21, 2010 with stomach pains and they gave me a pregnancy test that came up postive. They did and ultra sound on me and told me that i was aproxomatily 15 weeks that day. I couldnt remember my LMP but i kno i come on at the 2nd to last week of the month in July. I went to my OBGYN on Nov. 10, 2010 and he didnt do a ultra sound he just felt my stomach a little bit and took out a measuring tape and measured my stomach and said that i was 15weeks. So i dont kno which i should go by the emergency room are my new OBGYN. So confused.

Your doctor will probably give you an ultrasound between 18 and 24 weeks, and then compare the two dates (the one from the ER and the new one) then he/she will be able to give you the approximate due date.  Because you can't remember your period, and you were already 15 weeks along when you found out, your due date will only be accurate within 10-14 days.  That means that the baby could be born either 14 days before or after the date they give you, or anytime in between.

theres no actual set date for a pregnancy due date.. they can only give u an estimated date. thats why u got an approximately 15weeks and a actual15 weeks... it varys. no one can honestly tell how far exactly u r. they r usually only off by a few days if that....

It wasnt Oct.21, 2010 im srry it was Oct. 28,2010.
