So confused!!

I had found out I was pregnant by a home test on July 3rd which was 6 weeks ago. I started bleeding quite heavy about 2 weeks ago and it hasn't stopped. I went to the hospital when it happened 2 weeks ago and my sac was measuring at 5 weeks but no yolk sac or fetal pole. They said I was misscarrying. Well I wanted a second opion so a week later which was last week I went to a obgyn and he did a ultrasound and surprise they saw a tiny tiny tiny baby with a heartbeat and my sac was measuring at 6 weeks. Well he wanted to wait a week and do another ultrasound so I went today and there's still a tiny tiny fetal pole but my sac is still measuring at 6 weeks and I'm still bleeding. I'm so confused how can I only be 6 weeks when I took a pregnancy test literally exactly 6 weeks ago and why does it seem like my sac is not growing ? I'm so scared something's guna happen to my little bean!? Any advice on what's going on?

Hi!
If you were my patient, i would advise you that there is nothing to do at this point except to follow ultrasound images.  As long as there is a heartbeat, the baby is alive.  Unfortunately, I would say that it will be a true miracle if the baby does survive.  All of the symptoms, lack of growth, bleeding, etc. suggest that you are going to miscarry--hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
Hope you have a miracle!

My bleeding is bright red with clots and its heavy! Non stop for 2 weeks now. How long did yours last? They have no idea why the bleeding is happening

Sometimes the doctors measurements are slightly off.
And just because you bleed don't mean you are losing your baby.
I had a heavy bleeding with clots and tissue and my baby is fine.
Did they tell you why the bleeding occurred? Ask questions it's your baby nobody else love and care about him or her like you do.
What color is the blood?
