I have a cold, what can I take?

This texas weather is so outrageous, recipe for sickness. I have a itchy throat, cough, coughing up that flem/mucus with a little blood. I need some relief, mainly during night time its the worst and when I first wake up. I stay with a peppermint in my mouth because it brings some relief. What other options do I have?

My dr gave me a list of pregnancy approved meds. They include:
Tylenol (regular, extra strength,  cold and sinus)
Sudafed
Robitussin (plain or dm)
Triaminic
Halls with zinc (any cough drops are ok)
Ocean mist nasal spray (saline sprays are ok. Avoid any other nasal sprays)

Hope that helps :)
