I work in a preschool so we come across lice pretty often. It has really laid its eggs and nested in your hair pretty good if u can see them standing up. U need to clean your blankets and pillows. Anywhere you put ur head like sofa or the head rest in ur car. And lice do not like dirty hair they prefer clean hair. So if you put gel or lots of hair spray they will want to leave because there isn't lots of room to move around. Also you can use the straightener on the hottest setting close to ur roots to kill eggs. But make sure u use a lice treatment to kill live ones.
Sounds soo stupid but mayonnaise does the trick. Lather up let it sit for a while... and comb em out.
Mayonaise is the best and safest put it on your head at nite wrap in plastic leave in until morning and wash out
I know what you can say to her. You cN recommend her buying some lice shampoo it ain't pretty getting them -.-
A cheap home remedy for keeping lice away is to use tea tree oil in your shampoo, at least 6-8 drops. Wash you hair at least twice a week until they are gone and then just once a week after that. My kids had it in pre-k and not since even after being around their cousins when they wound up with it a year ago.
I think its their living conditions raches in their apt its always dirty thy kick it with dirty ppl. Like it makes sense it sticking to oily hair bt sense my bf sis is dirty thts wht I automatically assume. U knw I dnt wanna be mean to the lil girls bt whts the point of me getting rid of thm if the problem being the girls dnt get treated.
I jus watched that show dostors this morning and they said put rosemary oil it repels them. Than get that lil comb to get the eggs I'm sry that sux!! But yea def try the oil it works!!
I had it will my daughter cause my uoubger siblings. I read up about mayo and it worked. soak your head in mayo overnight and bag it wash out in morning and the oil from the mayo slides them out and the vinegar killed them
I got lice when I was pregnant with my first son and I looked up home remedies and the one that worked for me was dump a bottle of listerine on your hair I know it sounds gross but the smell of the listerine will smother the lice then cover your hair with a shower cap for 10 minutes and wash it out you will probably have to wash it several times to get all the listerine out and then just blow dry and comb your hair with a lice comb and they should all be dead it will also loosen the nits up so you don't have to pick them out they will just come out with the comb as well
Lice like clean hair. If the girls are constantly getting lice its coz their hair is clean, not coz theyre dirty (had to learn about lice when I studied hairdressing) the lice eggs cant stick properly to hair that is dirty and greasy. Wash ur hair with tea tree shampoo and then comb through almond oil. If u focus some oil into the roots the rest of your hair will get greasy faster, it looks horrible, I know, but the eggs will slide off easier and will be hard to lay more. After about 3 days repeat the process. The almond oil smells great and is cheap and less greasy than some other oils
You need to take any stuffed animals or toys laying around and put them in a garbage bag sealed tight for two weeks. Lice will hang out in stuffies and toys. By putting them in a bag for two weeks it insures they all die.
I just dnt knw how to tell her withiut causibg a fight or argument like dnt come to my house until ur lice free.
When my kids got it from their daycare i used vinager and it works wonders but smells really bad
My stepdaughter would get lice from her sisters every them she would go visit them which was every other weekend, and she always brought it back to our house. I have really long hair but I never got the lice and I think it maybe had something to do with me straightening my hair and the heat would kill any lice/eggs that got in my hair. Idk though it's just what I assumed.
Talking about yhr lil girls thy just went to my house right now imm soo mad I knw I wud of said stuff n caused problens I just left my own housr cuz their there ima let my bf handle it. Cuz its nt the girls fault its their moms. She shud be the one wastiing money buying me soap
Omg lice *****! But to keep.from getting them right back again the girls have to get rid of it and you gotta get em outta the house too
Well I think you should report there mother cuz if its happened more then three times and she hasn't taken care of it then yea that's not right. Oh you should use olive oil and tea tree oil. Leave in your hair for 30-45 min then bend your head over the tub and comb out the bugs. Then get someone to pull the nits out.
Im sooo sry! That is horrible! I had it all the time when i was little so i kno alot to get rid of them lol best thing that works immediately is dying ur hair just.vaccum and wash everything first.. also olive oil or mayo u hair til soaked and put a shower cap on and sleep with on all nite then in the morning wash it out with dawn dish soap. Sounds crazy but it works :)

Call ur dr they prescribe the good stuff then after u do that u gotta comb ur hair with like a rat tail comb upside down so that ur getting ride of anything dead left in ur head
Mayonnaise works! Put a load of it on and rub it into your scalp. Then take a bag like a grocery bag cover your hair with it. Not sure how long to leave it on. Maybe you can Google it. Good luck, I couldn't imagine.
You can call your Dr and get a prescription for shampoo that works wonders. The store bought stuff *****
Mayo and hot oil is what i used plus a lil bit of rubbing alcohol and ot killed them with my last pregnancy i got them from my sisters step daughter
