I need advice.

I am 10 weeks pregnant and have been married that long... My husband is not nice to me in the slightest. I know that for the sake of my baby and myself I need to do something but I don't know if I'm scared or what. I have constant anxiety and because of it I have a pain in my side. Has anyone else ever asked for a divorce? How did you do it? I don't know how to approach this and I feel like I'm dying inside.

I moved in with friends and said that I was done. Luckily we decided to work things out and read some books together and found out how to work as a team so we didn't go through with it. But if you're in a position that you're ready to leave, find friends or find a women's shelter or family, just somewhere you go can go. And then find a public place for you to meet. And let him know you're done and he will be reviving divorce papers soon. Keep it as short as possible. And keep it in front of people so if it gets out of hand people can step in
You should find your own support system first.  A place you can live at with people that love you.  If he's not nice to you and you've only been married such a short time that doesn't have a positive outlook on things to come.  You can move out to a friends house for awhile and tell him you need time apart.  And that you're not happy.  Once you're in a stable environment, you can think about your next step.  Whether its to see if he'll get better or that you want to contact a lawyer about a divorce.  Find support.  Don't do this alone.

If your still newly weds its EXTREMELY hard , baby or not. I don't know why but it seems once your married everything just becomes a fight. I went threw it with my husband. Still am kinda. We have our fights. Maybe marriage and a baby so fast scares him and he don't know how to act. If you want a divorce I would suggest talking with him in a public place so he can't get crazy or stupid with you. Tall with each other and see what's causing y'all to feel that way. Don't stress so much think of the positive cause stress harms the baby.
I wish you the best and hopefully your marriage can be safe.
