Ok...my boyfriend and I had sex a week befor my expected period and im a week late now...im getiing all the signs such as sensative nipples,no period,feeling tierd...and im not stressed out...i took a test the other day and it came out nagative but im still getting all the signs...i need to know what is going on with me.

yes i did that today but i wont find out till maybe next week, but im really hoping i am, and if not im going to try again....still no sign of my period, and boobs still hurt like crazy....im going to feel like a dumb *** if this thing comes out nagative....and i do have an irragular period...so should i just be having sex once a week or so?

Did your doctor not do a blood test? Usually if you fail the urine one they try the blood test?

Actually most women get a positive at 4 weeks pregnant (when they miss their period) because the urine tests detect HCG, a hormone found in pregnancy. HCG doubles every 48-72 hours therefore it rises rapidly.

i went to the doctor today and he said that the test was nagative but he said that it dosent mean anything...because some women take up to two months to show anysigns of being pragnant in the urine so i could still be according to him...guess we will see...still no period and boobs hurt more now

Yeah i agree with Joy, you have to be ovulating to get pregnant. The only chance that would mean you're pregnant now is that you ovulated late. Which can happen, but stressing about being pregnant, can cause your period to go on a vacation as well and make you "know" you're having pregnancy symptoms.

A week before your period is due is not enough time for a fertilized egg to implant. You have to have sex during ovulation in order to become pregnant (this is typically 2 weeks before your period is due). Stressing about being pregnant can cause you to miss your period and have symptoms of pregnancy.
