This one tells you right portion sizes and everything. My favorite fish is crab, salmon, and shrimp, so i was extremely excited when I found out. And they are all very good for you and your baby. Just don't over due it lol

You just can't eat raw fish, or big fish that eat little fish. Catfish, tilapia, shrimp, and others are fine and safe to eat

You can have shrimp just limit it. Dont go overboard and dont eat it to often
