Hi!
Anything is possible, but in your case, pregnancy is unlikely.  I ALWAYS recommend taking a pregnancy test though.  Depending upon what kind of IUD you have, it may be very normal for you to have no period.  The Mirena IUD "stops" the period in a very large percentage of women--and it is normal.  Many women like this!
You may wish to call your doctor's office for a pregnancy test, and also ask what kind of IUD you have, and if it is normal to miss your period.
Hope this helps!

When I had my IUD, I was told if I missed a period, to take a pregnancy test or go back to my clinician. Can you still feel your strings? If not, that could mean that your IUD isn't in place.

Hi I had the Mirena for 3 years, it never stopped my period. I had soooo many side affects from it. One time my partner and I were having sex and for some reason I got an excruciating pain in my pelvic region. It felt like contractions. I had it taken out a month later, then a month later I was pregnant!
