I'M PRAYING FOR ALL OF YA'll- REVIVAL AT MY CHURCH

I just wanted to write and say that our church is starting Revival tonight and I'm going to be praying for all of ya'll.  We will have church Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and twice on Sunday.  We are going to have preachers coming from all over to preach.  If you have a prayer request just let me know and I'll add you to my prayer list.  The focus of our revival is Miracles!  I'm already praying for all you that have had MC's.  I'm praying that you find the faith to rise above your lose and try again.  Don't give up!  He will NEVER but more on us than we can handle.  And to all of you that have just got your BFP's... I'm praying that the grace of God will be with you throughout your pregnancy's and you will have healthy little miracles.  Just remember the Bible says that faith is a action and we should act on faith.  God Bless, Anita


Footprints in the Sand - Poem

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,
other times there were one set of footprints.

This bothered me because I noticed
that during the low periods of my life,
when I was suffering from
anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints.

So I said to the Lord,
“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you,
you would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life
there have only been one set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most, you have not been there for me?”

The Lord replied,
“The times when you have seen only one set of footprints in the sand,
is when I carried you.”

I just wrote you back hun.  I feel like God blesses those who humble them self's to his will.  I can't expect God's Grace for my life if I'm not willing to share his blessings with others.  I felt led by the holy ghost to post this.  Well I'm off to church!  I'll be on tonight.  Anita

37 And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full. 38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish? 39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. 40 And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith? 41 And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?

The bible says that we should feel the pain of others and lift them up in prayer.  After i lose my baby girl I was heart broken.  One night, about 3 weeks after we buried her, I was crying and praying.  ( While holding the blanket she was wrapped in after she was born.)  I was over whelmed with a presence of God an I heard a voice that said " PEACE BE STILL".  I had not clue what it meant.  So I called my in laws and the told me that "PEACE BE STILL" is in the bible.  And they explain that its (Matthew 8:23-27).  It means the calm after the storm.  I was filled with a peace an a calmness from that point on.  Read it... it may help you too.  



Matthew 8:23-27

Jesus Calms the Storm
23Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. 24Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. 25The disciples went and woke him, saying, "Lord, save us! We're going to drown!"

26He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

27The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!"
