Pressure

I'm 19 weeks pregnant and I've been feeling a lot of pressure to the point when sometimes I can't walk or move is this normal?

So,  like maybe genital swelling?    That's pretty normal in second trimester.

No it's below my cervix. But i only feel the pressure when I wake up or late at night

Not really,  this early.  It often happens very late in pregnancy and women joke the baby's head feels like it's poking out.  

Are you feeling pressure on your cervix,  or is it somewhere else?
