Marlonya, it's likely you'll be asked whether you sought any medical help during your 7 month pregnancy, and you can say no, you didn't have insurance. Just say it. And if you are otherwise healthy and appear responsible, they're very likely to understand that once you got insurance, you sought medical care. Just arrive for your appointment, and be interested in their advice and guidance. You'll do fine.

You are surely not alone. Prenatal care is important and they like to follow a pregnancy for liability reasons (theirs). But you need care and that's all there is to it. Call and tell them the situation and I am positive you will be taken as a patient. Did you have an ob/gyn before this?
