Try papaya pills. They are great for all gastric issues. (And natural) :)

Grapes really helped me! Also it's said that oatmeal and apples do.
I started taking tums but I switched to Alka-Seltzer heartburn+gas relief chews and I LOVE them!!!! Instant relief and they are yummy!!! If you don't want to buy anything than I suggest eating small portions and avoid fried food.
