I'm scared

So I went through a miscarriage last year and I found out I'm pregnant again. I haven't seen the baby yet or heard the heart beat and I'm scared of going through a miscarriage again.

Don't be nervous I know that's hard advice to take but last year I had a miss carriage early on I'm now 34 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy best advice I got was to stay extremely calm and don't over work yourself! Good luck and congrats:)

Cramps are normal. I get them a lot. I'm 11 weeks. It means your uterus is stretching and getting ready for the baby. You will be A ok. Take your prenatal vitamins and don't lift anything over 25 lbs. If possible. Also this early in our pregnancy what you eat doesn't effect the baby as like of you don't eat as many meals as you should and stuff.

Really. That makes me feel better. I have not made an appointment but that's something I will be doing tomorrow morning. I got a free ultrasound from the pregnancy clinic but they couldn't see anything because I didn't drink enough water before the appointment. I get scared every time I have a little cramp too. Is that normal to just have a cramp here and there. It's not bad like when I miscarried

I had a miscarriage in August and now I'm 12 weeks pregnant. I know how you feel and it is really scary. In the beginning of this pregnancy I expected there to be blood in my panties every time I went to the bathroom and any little cramp made me panic. You just have to try to relax and realise it's out of your hands and if this is meant to happen it will happen. It ***** I know but there's not point in stressing out about it. Have you scheduled a Dr's appointment yet? After I heard my baby's heartbeat and saw him on the ultrasound I felt so much better. My doctor also explained to me that it's rare for women to have more than one miscarriage. Try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy. Congratulations:)
