The 30 days rule is a misconception. I was at one point in my life a chronic smoker. I quit the moment I found out I was pregnant. Had my doctors appointment 2 weeks after that and didn't have anything in my system. I know it has a lot to do with metabolism but, in such a small quantity it'll be out as quick as it went in. Don't sweat it just no more accidents:P

^^^ Somebody didn't read the entire post. Weed stays in your system for up to 30 days. Stay away from it from here on out and don't eat anything unless you know exactly what it is and what's in it. No matter who it's from, losing your baby just isn't worth it.

I'm in Wisconsin and I know for a fact that they do drug test at birth. a friend of mine was still smoking pot and her child was taken at birth for awhile for testing positive for weed.

It won't stay in your system for that long. If you aren't smoking then your system should be clear in about a week. If you're worried, call your doctor & let them know.

I smoked weed up until the positive pregnancy test. I ate a weed cookie last week and didn't realize until it was already in my mouth (31 weeks pregnant). Once I tasted it, it was too late. My friend who made them was very apologetic, but of course, now I'm terrified.

Hopefully your asking for pot or cuz u have just stopped only because you should at least think of stopping anything hard while your pregnant Eben of u don't stay clean. But most places will when you do your first second and third trimesters blood work if those are clean u need never worry again

They should. And most of the time if they do its at your appointments or when the baby is born.

You have to research your state laws. In AZ they don't drug test unless they are suspicious. Good luck! Hope you aren't doing anything to serious.
