Implantation?

My last period was 28/08/13, I am never late or in anyway irregular, I have a 29 day cycle, and my periods always last 9 days. I did not have a period in September at all but had very light bleeding for 2-3 hours at the beginning of this month with nothing since. Could this be implantation bleeding?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that it definitely could be implantation bleeding and you should do a pregnancy test.  Once implantation has occurred, hcg is produced and the test should be positive. In other words, it's not too early to test.
Good luck!

I'm in the same vote at the moment was just wondering what yours turned out to be? It's about a week before my period and a week ago I had a brown lite discharge for 5 days it's finished now but I'm still concerned. Iv been on the same pill for 4 years and never bad anything like this I'm not stressed or have any change to my diet, it's probably nothing but just a bit concerned any help would be great.

My last LMP was 10/09/13. I have a 25 day cycle and my period always last 3 days. I was suppose to get my period on 11/04/13 and nothing. I have 4 children already and with them once I had a missed period instantly a positive sign appeared on the home pregnancy test. So, I am concerned. I have a slight cold & flu like symptoms. I have taken 4 HPT and all negative. I have had blood test done (11/08/13)  to see if I was pregnant and that came back negative. I have had real bad cramping so, they performed a pelvic exam on me and nothing. I have never had an irregular period in my life. After all my kids my cycle has always been 25 and menstrual days 3. Please Help! Is it too early too detect it. Should I wait a few more weeks. I have a scheduled appointment with my GYN on 11/21/13. Should I wait until than....SO CONFUSED?!
