I was induced and was in labor for thirty four hours and u cant eat anything. By the time I had my daughter I was so exhausted and hungry. Sometimes it just takes a long time when being induced. But good luck!

My doctor wants to induce me on the 29th and I told her my fears she told me the only ppl who end up having c section are those who get induced  with out being dilated and those with medical problems. I am still scared because I don't want  a c section. So I haven't  decided yet.

For me it sucked I was in labor for almost two days and ended up with a c section bc I wasn't dilating anymore and they did everything possible for me to have a natural birth

I was induced with my 1st son and ended up having a c-section at 39 w 5d. But please don't take that badly. The doctor told me there was a high probability of needing one even if I had gone into labor naturally. He was facing up and got stuck. In all honesty, I'm a control freak and being able to set a date eased some of my anxiety. To ease some of your worries ask your doctor or hospital how the induction process works so you have a clear expectation. Good luck and congrats on meeting your little one soon!
