So i got a letter in the mail yest saying i had a scheduled interview with the state next week. Heres my problem the job is really demanding and a few counties over plus im 31wks. When i applied to take the exam for the job i was not pregnant and it was over a year ago and i took the exam for the job over the summer a month before i found out i was pregnant so this is really unexpected! Its a really great job it pays great and theres a union but if i am offered a position i wont be able to train or even by the time i take all the needed exams for this position ill be off to maternity leave. I went on bed rest my fourth month of my pregnancy because of complications too so should i let the state know im not interested or able to do the job at this time even though i know i might not hear anything for another 6months to a year even??!!

Yea thats what my sister thinks, she said to still try to work around it and to still go to the interview so it can atleast be on file.

I would explain everything to them and see if they can help you any way to be able to do the job(:
