I take my pill with orange juice. I have a loss of appetite, but the oj absorbs the iron in your body good.

Maybe you could try eating some foods that are high in iron?

I had low iron and had to take extra also. Actually i took it at night with my prenatal and extra folic acid and never had a problem.. but i was told to take the kind called slow fe (fe is the iron symbol on the periodic table) because its supposed to have a slower iron release.. but if you are low on iron then you probably notice you are more tired and it should help boost your energy again.

I take flinstones vitamins with extra iron twice a day and the doc said i could even take two in the morning and two at night for extra iron. I couldn't take regular prenatal pills because i couldnt keep them down even at night. Hope this helps good luck!

yes, they made me sick so I take them right before bed now, and if your pre-natal has iron don't take them at the same time. Hope this helps!

Try taking them right before bed.  If that doesn't work try taking them with food.  If that fails u can try different brands.  Good luck.
