Iron

I was told by my doctor to take 350mg of ferrous sulfate. Has anybody been told the same? I was wondering where I could purchase them at.

Get sick from what? Being anemic? No, I may have felt tired more than normal but I was working a lot at the time so didn't think my iron was low.
or sick from the vitamins? No, they dont do anything to me I did feel better after a while of taking them.

Thanks! I have that emergen-c stuff at home to go along with it. Guess I'll be taking a trip to walgreens after work. You ever got sick from yours?

That's iron. I had low iron too. I got mine at Walgreens and u should also get vitamin c to go with it i got chewable vitamin c. It helps your body absorb the iron. Make sure to take it with water NOT with your prenatal and preferably on an empty stomach.  Certain foods, caffine and milk dont go well with it.
