Ive only recently stopped sleeping on my stomach just because it's too uncomfortable. I've always been a stomach sleeper so the change was difficult, a body pillow helps a ton and I can do a kind of half stomach sleep still that way. My favorite body pillow is the snoogle.

Im am 24 weeks and 5 days and I still sleep on my stomach at times because it's way more comfortable for me and that's what I'm use to doing. I haven't had any complications and my doctors told me I have nothing to worry about. Once your tummy starts getting bigger then it'll become uncomfortable for you so no worries lol.
