Yeh, I was worried about needle pains too and research says either ligament pains or could be because of the increase in blood pumping around the body- can cause the little blood vessels to throb- needle like stabbing pains (especially in vagina where lot's of little vessels!) x

I asked my doctor that very question on Thursday. I swear sometimes it feels like I am getting stabbed in the vagina, he said it was ligament pains, and totally normal..Hopefully that is all you are experiencing as well! Good luck!
