Is it okay to eat Philadelphia cream cheese?
You can eat soft cheeses as long as they are made from pasturized milk. Cream cheese is my addiction right now and is perfectly safe!
I don't know why it would be unsafe? I've never heard that it was bad to eat during pregnancy. It's not on my no-no list from my doctor. I eat it every morning on my bagel.
