Is there help available

I am 25 weeks pregnant. 3 years ago I bought health insurance they told me I had to wait 2 years on the insurance plan before they'd cover my pregnancy. I waited and now they tell me I didn't choose the right plan. I have done quite well at keeping up on the global plan my Dr's office provides but my placenta is not where it needs to be and I have to have more ultrasounds and may have to have a c-section. I have to pay our of pocket for each ultra sound which is around $200 and I've had 3 already. I'm a hard worker and rarely ask for help but I'm afraid I may not have enough to cover the rest of my pregnancy. Is there any place out there that can help with this? Of course I'm going to keep getting medical care as to make sure my baby is ok and will pay it back eventually but this isn't the ideal thought when one thinks of bringing a baby in the world.

Tell your doctor that you are having financial problems and he can steer you in the right direction. Social Services, a local church, a non profit....trust me. He will know.
