Do it! I had mine around 30 weeks. I was sure I didn't have GD but ended up knowing that my sugar level are super high, now I have to keep track of it and I am on a diet and about to be put on pills. You need to know, do it for you but mostly for baby. Good luck!!
There are ways to do it, i think its too late now as well but did you know there is always transportation available if you are pregnant through your insurance if you have insurance which im positive you do because your pregnant lol just call your maternity nurse or your insurance company itself and ask how to be provided with rides. They may not let your husband go but your other children probably they allow mine and im in the same situation my husband works alll the time so i have to get myself to all my appointments which in the beginning meant walking with my 4 yr old and we live in washington so its always raining. For furture reference if you have more children check witb your insurance because ive never heard of any insurance that doesnt provide some sort of transportation.
You should had that test done at 28 weeks. So its to late.
I never did the test. Delivered almost 3 weeks ago. Baby and I are great
I would definitely think it's too late. You would have no time to get it under control if you did test positive. I really hope you don't have it because it could be bad for you and baby if gd goes untreated.
It's bad I'd you have gestational diabetes and the only way to know is by that test. Hopefully you don't and your and baby are fine. Call your dr and see what he suggests you do but I would go and take it asap.
