JUMPING JACKS.....!!!!
Have anyone tried jumping jacks to speed up labor do they work my cousin did back bends I'm not trying that lol
Lol back bends don't sound good cuss it can wrap the cord around the baby's neck. But I've heard ppl say jumping jacks work . just make sure yu don't too many at a time
