Sounds good, especially the veggies. A juicer expert once told me to be sure to keep the fruits in check, since they are almost pure sugar, and while it is good to get the fiber of the fruit, it is still sugar.
My husband juices in the morning all his nasty veggies - kale, broccoli, carrots, beets, etc. Then I take that and make smoothies out of it so I can get in a "meal" since I still don't have much of an appetite. I definitely feel great when I drink them, it's so much better than just taking a vitamin or drinking store bought juice :)
