My breasts never really got sore. Even now in my second pregnancy, but I know I can breastfeed. It's still early for you to really notice any changes. Recently I've started to feel tingles and sensitive nipples; I'm 34 weeks. I wouldn't stress it. Yay for wanting to breastfeed!! I weaned my daughter about a month ago. The bond is so precious.

Mine never hurt with my last pregnancy and I successfully breastfed for 13 months until my daughter decided to stop when I got pregnant :) my first pregnancy they hurt the entire time and I could only breastfeed for the first 3 months :( not sure if it's connected or not, could just be a coincidence. Try not to over think it, I'm sure you'll do just fine :)
