Labor pains or no?

I started having really bad pain in my back,stomach,and hips today.I am 28 weeks with my 2 child and not having a good pregnancy.the pain calms down and then every 45 min comes back really strong.I didn't go into Labor with my 1st child so I'm not sure what Labor pain feels like.can someone help me figure out if its the beginning signs of Labor please.

Thank u lady's I think it was just my body being under to much stress cuz it went away after a couple hours.

Always good to check in with your doctor.  Labor for me was cyclic pain.  A tightening of the abdomen that was intense.  But every woman is different.  I'd call your doctor.  good luck

If it the pains are regular, get more frequent and more intense it might be labour. If they stay far apart and are irregular then maybe false labour
