Labor?

Hi! I'm 37 +3 days. I was sooo tired Sunday to where I couldn't keep my eyes open and slept most of the day. Yesterday I was soo nauseous and felt terrible. Last night I had contractions (not strong enough to keep me up, but strong enough I incorporated then in my dreams lol). They have been pretty consistent throughout the AM. I'd say about 8 min a part, BUT they don't really hurt that bad. They just feel like menstural cramps in my back (where I usually get them). Do you think labor is near?!

Could be you are considered full term at 38 weeks. Good Luck!

I am actually due today and have been having the same thing for about a week now.  My contractions are on and off all day and get pretty regular at night but stop once i go to bed.  I have tried to keep going at night so they wont stop - walking, bouncing on fit ball, stair climbing and they do get a bit intense but then i just get to tired and have to go to bed at about 11 and they tend to stop.  Not sure why my body wont kick over to the real deal but it is very frustrating as doc is giving me until the 8/8 then will naturally induce by breaking my waters (can't have anymore as this is a vbac).  I really want to go on my own.  I hope this is it for you and you have your bub soon - good luck.

Early labor can start and stop and can last a few days. I say that to encourage you in the event the contractions do let up. It does sound like early labor. Good luck!

Sounds like it could be early labor!

It could be signs of pregnancy, your body could be getting ready, which means it could be any day or still take a couple of weeks. The last couple of weeks, is REALLY difficult, hard to stay patient, but your day will come! Good Luck!

Gosh I hope so! Pregnancy has got to be the only time you pray for pain to get worse and come more often lol

Could definately be labor.  My contractions felt like period cramps.
