Having diarrhea and stomach cramps 39+2 weeks

Could it be a sign I'll go into labor soon?
My cervix is really soft when the doctor checked yesterday but no dilation. Today, I have gas like pains that woke me up from my sleep, unbearable heart burn and diarrhea. Please tell me my baby boy is going to be born within the next 24-48 hours! I'm in sooo much pain!!

Hang in there mammas! We're at the home stretch now. We can't give up. Soon we'll be holding our beautiful babies and this all will be worth it. Just gotta stay positive and look forward to the finish line. These last few weeks are hard. I'd take first trimester any day over these past few weeks :( and first trimester was hard for me

Oh god that sounds like horrible heartburn :(
N I'm only begging for an early induction as I've been in hospital 3 timesaver week with baby moving less and contractions hurting etc but with no progress. N I'm at the point where if they do not induce me ill literally break down. I sleep on the sofa as I physically can't lie down as its far too painful, and now even sleeping on the sofa has become too painful and I can't sleep, I jus cry and cry and cry. I've never been so uncomfortable and in so much pain ever in my life! :(  
I go to my appointment in an hour and a half I'm so nervous. So so so nervous I feel sick. I can't do this anymore.

U felt like that last week.  Still have looser stools and heartburn, I felt so sick a few days ago though!  Im 38 and 5.

Ohhh man! My doctor won't even induce me until 10 days after my DD. I had SUCH bad heartburn that I chocked on my own vomit while I was sleeping...

I've had major heart burn all night tonight!! I'm 39+6.
I've had contractions and cramps for a week now :( only fingertip dilated. I find out in the morning when my induction will be. Still hope I go into labor naturally tho!

I've been going through the same thing for almost a week and a half and sadly today's my due date, I'm only 1.5 cm dilated and not very thinned. Like lumadea said, it's probably your body doing a cleanse.

I had all of the same things earlier today except im 35w 3d & i have no idea hpw my cervix id at this point because my doc hasnt started checking i think she will on the 8th,anyways mine were happening from 5 amam,pain reduced after i did diareah which was atound 8am,and completely stoped feeling any pain at around 12pm. I think it was my body just prepating me for whats to come soon or later. Might be sooner for you though since your further along. Goodluck
