Talia Caroline, born 8th January 15:04 and weighing 7lb 10oz.
I had a membrane sweep on January 6th, suffered cramps all day on the 7th and woke up at 2am on the 8th. Ended up in hospital by 5am and my waters broke at 7am (it was the best feeling, was such a relief). She had done her first bowel movement already and was showing distress so I was taken to the delivery ward. Ended up being put in a drip to speed up my contractions, I had gas 'n' air and an epidural.
They didn't believe me that I could feel her head coming and left me for an hour, when they finally checked they found I was fully dilated and ready to push. 5 pushes and 7 minutes later my daughter was in my arms.

It's such a magical moment and I wish all you ladies the best, this app really saw me through and gave such good advice. Good luck ladies xxx

Omg I'm so glad for you that everything went well and you Bby is now with you! I have two questions if you don't mind. How far were you when the contractions started? And was it your first Bby? Because 7 minutes is nothing! Enjoy your bb!

I was 38 weeks + 4 days and she was my first. The hard part was breathing through the contractions before they gave me gas n air. The epidural helped so much and was nothing like I expected, it was quick and I didn't even feel it.
I think it was so quick because by the time I started pushing they could already see the top of her head :) x
