Lactose

Today was my first time having milk and not even 10 mins after consumption I was letting it all out... Not sure if I'm lactose or not...

Since childhood I never liked the taste of milk so I'm going to try the soy milk.. Thank both of you so much

He buys the soy milk from the Asian market, but my daughter likes the very vanilla by silk. Shes also someone who cant have milk she is allergic to all dairy we carry an epi pen for her.

I use lactose free milk it's in the milk section. It tastes just like milk!!

I'm allergic to almonds so I will try the soy.... I know there are different flavors of soy, what does your husband drink?

My husband is lactose intolerant, and that happens to him. Plus it gives him stomach cramps. Try almond or soy milk.
