Lake?
Just curious but is it safe to swim at the lake while preggo? I know water parks or pools have the chlorine in them & it kills the germs but lakes are dirty water with a bunch if germs. I've gone to the lake every summer for as long as I can remember & am already sad cause I dunno if I'll be able to stand the crazy Oklahoma heat.
I'm going to the beach tomorrow and I want so bad to get a tan but for the fear of sunburn I will be using sunblock..lol.
Lots, lots, and LOTS of sunscreen!!! Being sunburnt pregnant *****!! It's horrible. I toasted my belly and body my last pregnancy, I was miserable!!!
Thanks so much ya'll! I guess I'm just over thinking stuff. Can't wait until my bf & I can get out to the lake! Just gotta remember sun screen, got burnt just sitting on the shore fishing yesterday.
I've swam in lakes, creeks, and rivers with my other two pregnancies. Both boys are normal!! LOL. I love swimming!!
During my last pregnancy i was at the lake a lot and was even riding jet skiis on my due date at the lake n my baby was fine. Just gotta make sure u dont swollow the water.
