Lays Chips!

Are lays chips even healthy too eat? Because when I look at the nutrition facts I see that it has some Vitamin B6 , some vitamin C , Magnesium , thiamin,  and other things too. And I'm craving some right Now!!! The lemon kind lol

I went through a whole party size bag of ruffles chips and almost a gallon of water once...my hubby was like "Uhhh babe, you going to be hungry for dinner?" And I started crying, so he just refilled my glass. Lol

Probably not the healthiest but i eat them sometimes . If your craving them then eat some just in moderation . I guess its okay if your not eating it all the time . :)

Potato chips are pretty much empty calories... But I still eat them whenever I get the craving.
