Leaking breasts

This is my first pregnancy and as of today I am 25 weeks 6 days. Is it normal for my breasts to already be leaking? If so, is it normal for it to soak through my shirt at night?

I agree with jtreeves, no changes in breasts, size, leaking, etc. has any difference on if you'll be able to breastfeed. My doctor told me very few women are not able to BF. I'm sure you're fine! :)
