Leg and foot cramps

I'm 16 and 14 weeks pregnant with my first child. Lately I have been waking up with these really bad cramps in my feet and legs. It takes anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes for them to go away. Is this normal? Is there something I can do to make it stop?

Make sure your drinking plenty of water, that helps with any muscle cramps. I always make sure to drink a little water before bed. I mean I already wake up 193748 times to go pee anyway, so another 8 oz isn't going to effect that lol.
I'm in my 16th week now.

It's normal. Try putting heat on them when it happens and for a few min after it happens
