Light bleeding during week 4

My last period was October 29. I took a test on November 27 and it came up a faint positive. Last night my CM was a light pink. Today it was a little red but mostly brown in color. I am so scared that something is wrong. This would be my second pregnancy. I had a healthy baby boy in May. I have not been to my Dr. Yet. Should I go to the ER?? Please help!

Thank you BirdyMama and Mommy2Kayden. I have been crying since Sunday. I'm so devastated! I keep feeling like maybe it was something I did. :(  Me and my husband will be trying again this month...4th month in a row... Please, keep me in your prayers. I hope God gives me a baby for Christmas! xoxo

It was most likely a chemical pregnancy. The baby didn't implant correctly but u were pregnant which is why you were late. Look up chemical pregnancy. I had one in sept. But if u are trying keep your chin up. I got pregnant again the next month and it stuck!

Just went to the ER. Urine test came out not pregnant. Blood test said HCG level was a 3. The bleeding is my period. I'm confused. I was suuposed to get my period last Monday the 25. I tested positive on Wednesday the 27. Today, December 1, I started my period and tested negative. I have never been a week late on my period. I am so confused....
