Please answer ASAP

Im 32 weeks Prego and I have had low amniotic fluid my whole pregnancy and high risk. My doctor told me he's  not doing any more ultra sounds and then when I went to the hospital the doctor on call said my doctor should be doing test at least once a week to make sure baby is okay, but he's not. And I feel like he's jeopardizing my daughters life cause he's not testing me regularly to make sure my fluid levels are okay. I tried to talk to him but he's not calling me back. I really don't want to find a new doctor this late in the game but I want the best care possible

Your doc should be doing Non Stress Tests every week until you deliver.  I had same problem with first pregnancy.  Was told at 35 weeks that she had to come out that week because fluid was too low.  Had Non Stress Tests for 2 weeks and was induced at 38 weeks.  Baby was fine.

Hang in there. I had a dry birth. I fell 6months into my pregnancy. I had a c-section. Is baby growing well? I hope so. Just think positive. When o was pregnant my doc saw and ultrasounded me every week to c if it was getting any lower. It's dangerous for u as it is for baby. I knw its late in pregnancy hut I would definitely find a new doc. Good luck!!

I'd probably call again if you don't hear back soon.

I agree a lot can happen. If the amount of fluid gets too low it can be dangerous for the baby. How long ago did you call? I'm all for being annoying and calling every few hours.

Yeah I called his nurse and she said she would call back but never did yet and I told her I want to talk to him cause this is not the first time we've had problems with him. I'm just confused as to why he would stop doing ultra sounds this early, a lot can happen in 8 weeks

I agree with the Dr you saw that you should be having frequent ultrasounds to keep an eye it. Unless the amount of fluid while low has been staying the same. I'd keep calling your Dr until you hear back because he should of explained why he decided to stop doing them. With my Dr office if I leave a message with the receptionist I never hear back so now I call and ask to talk to his nurse and then he gets my message.
