6 wks 4 days pregnant and no increase in symtoms

I am a little concerned about my pregnancy symptoms.  I am 6 wks and 4 days pregnant.  I went for an U/S 4 days ago and they found a heartbeat, but my symptoms have not increased.  All I have is slight breast tenderness that actually comes and goes and some fatigue, but not much.  My doctor told me last week that between 6-8 wks my symptoms should increase, but they haven't at all.  I am worried there is something wrong with the pregnancy.  Wouldn't I have symptoms if my pregnancy is progressing accordingly.  I am also worried about it because 2 wks ago I was placed on progesterone suppliments due to my progesterone only being 8 but the doctor was happy we were able to see a heartbeat a week after starting the suppliments.  This is my third pregnancy with the first two ending due to blighted ovums, I am just worried that I am going to lose this one.  I have no cramping or bleeding, just no significant symptoms.  Please help!!

i can totally see why your so scared, i was sicker then a dog for nine months with my daughter, and with this pregnancy (currently 12 weeks) i have NO symptoms anymore (only had nausea for a few days, at about 7 weeks) and i dont even feel pregnant, my doctor says everything is perfect and im just lucky this time around, pixi is right, things can go wrong at anytime, but put your mind at ease that you saw the heartbeat, very good sign :)

I am going through a similair situation. I've had two miscarriages at about 6 weeks pregnant. My doctor also has me on progesterone. I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks this time with a heartbeat. After that my symptoms did not increase -actually they sound about like yours. Of course I was worried that something might be wrong - I got an ultrasound again at 8 weeks and everything was fine. So my baby is growing like expected with a heartbeat and I barely have any symptoms. It is so hard to relax when you have gone through the heartache of miscarriage, but you are already pass what happened the last two times so your chances are good. Just listen to your doctor and know that you are doing everything you can. It's been a while since you wrote this so hopefully you will be getting another ultrasound, i feel more relaxed after each ultrasound.

I was VERY sick early on with my first pregnancy (from about 5 weeks).  I stayed sick for almost three months. My boobs were so sore that I could hardly wear a bra.  I had extreme fatigue and almost every unwanted pregnancy symptom imaginable.   With my second child I never got sick, never got tired, sore boobs, anything.  I was worried that something would be wrong the whole time because I never had symptoms of pregnancy.  Now she is almost two and I am pregnant with my third child.  Some people are just lucky and don't have unpleasant symptoms.  I wouldn't worry.  Good luck on your baby, and count your blessings that you're not sick!

Calm down, everything is fine.
A lack of symptoms don't dictate an upcoming m/c.
Your not bleeding or spotting.
You don't have a blighted ovum this time.
You saw a hb 4 days ago.
Your dr. didn't notice or mention any abnormalities.
Yes, things could go wrong at ANY point in pregnancy, but odds are in your favor this time...
Don't borrow trouble.

I understand how difficult it can be, and dr.'s shouldn't even say stuff like "between 6-8 wks your symptoms should increase".  For several women with succesful pregnancies, they don't experience any symptoms at all.

Relax.
