Loss of pregnancy symptoms

I am 4 weeks 5 days. I have had lower back pain and breast tenderness the past week. Today I have very minimal of both. No bleeding. Is this a bad sign or normal fluctuations?

Hi I am so sorry this is happening to you. Exactly the sane thing happened to me last week. Slight bleeding that got heavier and clots. Luckily my doctor was very understanding and after a couple of days sent me to hospital where the scanned me and took a hormone count which unfortunately confirmed I had miscarried. If you can't get any help from yr doctor I would advise you to go to hospital. If your anything like me it was just the not knowing. I will say though don't be to disheartened until you get confirmation 1 way or another. The same thing happened to me 10 years ago. Massive bleed and clots. And after much heartache I have a 10 year old daughter :) good luck and best wishes

Thank you for your kind words. Now I read back and think wow, what a frantic state I was in. This was my first pregnancy and didn't know what to expect. The next day of that post on June 29 I miscarried. I feel much better now though but I still do burst out crying now and then when I am alone. I miss the feeling and I feel I missed out. So many of my friends are having babies and seeing those little ones makes me miss mine.

Even afterwards my doctor nor obygn were of any help. This following Monday I had an appointment with my obygn and I didn't tell her I had miscarried until I was there. I'm sure had I told her she would have cancelled my appointment. This was my first appointment with her and when I went in, the receptionist was like so we're following your pregnancy so please fill out these forms. I then told her I miscarried and the look on her face was like, so why are you here. After the appointment I was told to come back after 3 months and if I became pregnant during that time they'd then be interested to see me.

Now when I see a pregnant woman I pray that all stays well for her and her little one because I now know how much it hurts. I don't want anyone else to go through this pain. I wish the same for you, I pray you have a healthy pregnancy and deliver a healthy baby in every way. I look forward to hearing good news from you. I mean that sincerely.

Hi I'm 4 weeks 1 day are you experiencing little flutter cramps ? I have no spotting or bleeding .
I just found out I was prego july 16 a day before I was to start.

I haven't been able to get into the obygn yet waiting on insurance. I'm high.risk pregnancy ive had PID before and scar tissue so I'm worried about a possible Tubal pregnancy.  Ive had 2other healthy pregnancy before but its been almost 5years since my last one. So just curious if this is plantation feeling?

Bleeding during pregnancy is semi normal. It is still scary but happens to a lot of people who end up with healthy babies. I am 21 weeks pregnant with triplets and between my 6 &7th week I bled heavily for 2 days. I called my doc and he also did not need to see me because it can be fine. I ended up having a hemmorage between 2 of the babies and once i bled it out I was fine.Stay strong and think positive. I did and and with a lot of prayers I think you will be fine!!

My last period was 6/10/12. On 7/11/12 I did a blood test & the next day I found out I am 4weeks & 4days pregnant. When did I conceive this child? I had sex on 6/16, 6/19,  6/23, and 6/25. So, which one of these did I get pregnant from?

I am 6 weeks pregnant. Started bleeding lightly two days ago and now bleeding up to a full pad. Doctor wouldn't see me saying he could do nothing about it and I have to wait it out. GC first appt isn't til the 17th and she won't see me until then and go to ER if it gets too much. What's the point to go see her if by then I have a miscarriage. This is my first pregnancy and my husband and I have been trying for seven months. I got most of my concerns addressed while reading posts on this webite. Sorry for the spelling mistakes, using an iPod touch. I feel no one seems to care since it's so early. I found out 5 days ago I was expecting and now this. I've been passing big blood clots and some clear substance and one big blob of blood. So I figure its -sigh I had to get all of that offmy chest

Hi!
Normal fluctuations.  There are going to be LOTS of normal fluctuations during any given pregnancy--so don't do too much second guessing.  Many, if not most women have no idea at all that they are pregnant as early as you are, so, no symptoms can be quite normal!
Good luck!
