Help Stomach Palpitations Ultrasound show Pregnancy?

The last time I did anything sexually was in October which was genital to genital rubbing, I took the morning after pill (lovenelle) after two/three hours as it was unprotected he didnt *** on me however there would have been pre-***. My periods have been normal ever since and infact lost weight as I quite large, I also took pregnancy test and came out negative. However, I began to get stomach palpitations the doctor said I would only get them if I was pregnant he issued for an upper abdominal ultrasound, the woman who done the ultrasound focused on the upper-middle of my for 3seconds and then checkd kidneys pancres ect, IF i was pregnant which I do doubt would there have been a BABY where UPPER STOMACH is and side also would she have heard a HEARTBEAT as she did not check my lower stomach?

Please help

The palpitations are like muscle spasm's but they have been constant for 2.5months now so I don't think its gas. I'm not doing anything new or out the ordinary, I was just really worried as they only did an upper abdominal scan.

If your last sexual encounter was in October you would be in your third trimester of pregnancy and it wouldn't be hard at all for them to find the baby. The baby would be taking up ALL of your stomach. I don't know what your doctor is talking about, "palpitations" can also be gas bubbles and I get those all the time when I'm not pregnant.
