Its sciatic nerve pain and it only gets worse. Your SI joint stretches as well. There are stretches to help if u google and have your boyfriend rub it out
Try hot showers, pillow between your legs when sleeping at night and walking.Look up some exercises as well. I'm due on last week of July so I have back pains too and this stuff really does help me. Good luck. :)
I really don't like to take meds and I tried the bath. It lasts for a couple of hours but then the pain comes right back. I don't have too much longer though. I hope I make it to August
Tylenol,, or a bath. That's all I can say it's justssomething you gotta power through and hope it changes
