Low blood sugar

So since I was 10 weeks pregnant my blood sugar has been dropping drastically over time. It happens at least twice a week I asked my doctor an they can't find what is causing it. Has anybody ever had this problem? I didn't have this problem with my first child. Please help

Yeah I been eating a lot more protien an I bought small packs of oj to carry around with me cause it would also happen when I was out. My fiancé thinks it's from the heat but I'm not sure

I had hypoglycemic attacks for almost every day for about a month in my second trimester. I did the same thing as Allocate said. More protein and I would carry some candy with me because it usually happened when I was away from home and there wasnt any orange juice handy. I had a blood glucose meter and when it happened my sugar was around 55 which is pretty low. But after month or so it stopped happening. So it may be a phase of your pregnancy and could go away on its own.

I have had this problem since 2012, the doctors also cannot figure out what is causing it. I can tell you this though, eat a lot more protein and drink more oj. I hate oj but will have a glass every now and again when I feel my blood sugar dropping
