Lower Back Pain

So, I've had this pain in my lower back for weeks now. It feels like my spine is out of alignment and just needs to pop back into place. But idk how to realign it now that I'm pregnant. Before I got pregnant I used to do it all the time by laying on my back until eventually it popped back and the pain was relieved. The pain has gotten so bad that now I get stuck when sitting down or laying down and I try to get up. Anyone know what I can do to get rid of the pain without seeing a chiropractor? We don't have the money to see one and our insurance won't cover it.

I have tons of pains with my knees and. Back and I recently started using Epson salts to help with the pains and it's been quite amazing.  What I normally do for my back is I pour some Epson salt in a bucket (any scent) fill it up with warm water and put a rag in,  let it soak for a minute and stir it around and take it out,  squeeze it and lay to the left on the bed with the rag resting on the areas that it hurts. Or you could always have someone press it against your back.
