Lower abdominal pain!
Hey there! I'm at just about 4 weeks pregnant, but I have been having menstrual like cramps (nothing severe) for several weeks (since most likely conception). Nothing severe, no spotting or back pain. Just don't know if I should be concerned since it has been going on for a while and so early.
Im also 4 weeks and i had the same thing its from hard sex hitting the back wall to hard.
It's really common so nothing to worry about as long as it's not severe or there's blood you will be fine. And congratulations :)
