Lower back pain ?

Hi, I m 4w1day preg today,,, i have been on metformin, lovenox inj, projesterone suppositories (doc prescribe) and intralipid infusion 20% (once a month),(2 m/c in past and found clotting problem, pcos, natural killer cells ) ,,,,,, I have been experiencing some severe lower back pain ,,, it is so severe i cant stand, sleep on any sides ,,,, i m crying if i move a little bit,,,, I took tylenol pm yesterday but it gives me one night relief , thats it,,,, again today morning i m experiencing the same pain,,,, I m active person, do not lift weight ,,,, Pls help me, i cant move even,,,,,

Have they done a screen for a Kidney infection. With Kidney infections you get extreme pain in the lower back. You can also experience nausea, fatigue, chills, and a fever. I would call your Dr. back and tell them you want to know what is going on as this is definitely not normal. This may have nothing to do with your meds, or disorder.

Thanks for reply.  After this back pain , I got some brown spotting this morning. So I called my doc and did beta test . It came back normal . Hcg : 600 and projesterone : 27. So doc told me to do bedrest until I stop spotting . I still have some back pain but spotting seems to be stopped .

my suggestion is to call your doc asap....that is not normal and given your history its better to be safe then sorry

i also have a clotting disease and have been on heparin but have never had back pain as severe as you are describing
